By registering for an account, connecting an Instagram account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5.1 API Use and Compliance

Socliz accesses Instagram data exclusively through the official Meta Instagram Graph API. By connecting your Instagram account to Socliz, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for all content posted, comments replied to, messages sent, and any other actions taken through Socliz on your Instagram account. Socliz facilitates these actions at your direction; the account activity is attributed to you.

You may disconnect your Instagram account from Socliz at any time via:

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Disclaimer

Socliz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from the Meta API will always be available or accurate. The Meta Instagram Graph API is operated by Meta, and Socliz is dependent on API availability and policies which are outside our control.

12.2 Instagram Account Risk

Use of third-party tools on Instagram is subject to Meta's policies. While Socliz operates using the official Meta API and complies with Meta Platform Terms, Socliz makes no guarantee that using our platform will not result in restrictions on your Instagram account. You use Socliz at your own risk with respect to your Instagram account status.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socliz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Socliz shall not exceed the amount you paid to Socliz in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Socliz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of Meta's or Instagram's Terms, Policies, or Guidelines; (d) your User Content; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using Socliz and may delete your account.
